Booking Standards

What to expect when
you book with 4 TWISTS.

01

Payment at Invoice

Full payment due upon invoice. No deposit required, except weddings booked more than 6 months out, which require a 60% deposit.

Payment Method

Events booked more than 15 calendar days in advance require payment via ACH bank transfer.

Pricing at Proposal

Event catering pricing is confirmed at proposal based on event scope and selections. Savor Box and Sweets orders are flat rate, confirmed at booking.

Guaranteed Guest Count

Final guest count locks 15 calendar days before the event. Billing is based on the greater of the guaranteed count or actual attendance.

05

Rush Catering

Events booked within 7 calendar days of the event date are subject to a $150 rush catering fee.

06

Cancellation

Cancellations 15 or more calendar days before the event receive a 50% refund. Fewer than 15 calendar days before receive no refund.

Response Time

4 TWISTS reviews every inquiry personally. Responses are sent within 48 hours.
