Menu Options
Booking Policy
Full payment due upon invoice. No deposit required, except weddings booked more than 6 months prior to the event date, which require a 60% deposit at booking.
Events booked more than 15 calendar days in advance require payment via ACH bank transfer.
Final guest count locks 15 calendar days before the event. Billing is based on the greater of the guaranteed count or actual attendance.
Events booked within 7 calendar days of the event are subject to a $150 rush catering fee.
Cancellations 15 or more calendar days before the event receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations fewer than 15 calendar days before the event receive no refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

What Is Included
Ordering, Pickup, and Cancellation Policy
Order deadline: Thursday by 8:00pm.
Pickup: Wednesday, 6:00–6:30pm. Publix at Sandtown Crossing, 5829 Campbellton Rd SW, Atlanta, GA 30331. Park in the last row closest to Chipotle. Look for the 4 TWISTS sign on the vehicle. Have order confirmation and valid ID ready.
Orders not collected at the designated pickup time will need to be rescheduled. 4 TWISTS is not responsible for orders not collected during the designated pickup time.
Cancellations submitted by Saturday at 10:00am receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted after Saturday at 10:00am receive a 50% refund.
List any food allergies or dietary restrictions in the notes field at checkout. 4 TWISTS will contact you if your selections conflict.

Payment at Invoice
Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice. The booking is confirmed once payment clears. No deposit required, except weddings booked more than 6 months out, which require a 60% deposit.

Pricing at Proposal
Event catering pricing is confirmed at proposal based on event scope and selections. Meal prep, Savor Box, and Sweets orders are flat rate, confirmed at booking.

Cancellation
Cancellations 15 or more calendar days before receive a 50% refund. No refund within 15 calendar days. All requests must be submitted in writing.

Guaranteed Guest Count
Final guest count locks 15 calendar days before the event. Count may increase but not decrease after this date.

Rush Catering
Events booked within 7 calendar days of the event date are subject to a $150 rush catering fee.
