Submit Your Tax‑Exempt Certificate
If your organization is tax‑exempt, please upload your Georgia Sales Tax Exemption Certificate using the form below. This documentation must be received before payment so that sales tax can be properly removed from your invoice.
Accepted forms: ST‑5, ST‑5M, ST‑5C Accepted file types: PDF, JPG, PNG
Instructions
Georgia law requires a valid exemption certificate to remove sales tax from any catering order. EINs, 501(c)(3) letters, and verbal claims of nonprofit status do not qualify. Once your certificate is submitted and verified, your invoice will be updated to reflect your tax‑exempt status.
If you plan to place an order today, you may submit your certificate first and then proceed with your catering request. Your invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
Tax‑Exempt Certificate Submission
Why This Documentation Is Required
Georgia requires a valid exemption certificate before sales tax can be removed from an invoice. This ensures compliance for both your organization and 4 TWISTS Catering.
Submitting your certificate in advance helps us process your order quickly and accurately.
