Orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight for that week's Sunday pickup or Monday delivery. Orders placed after Thursday midnight are scheduled for the following week. Meal Prep is ordered as needed, no fixed weekly schedule required.

Orders not collected at the designated pickup time will need to be rescheduled. 4 TWISTS is not responsible for orders not collected during the designated pickup time.
Changed Plans?
Cancellations submitted before the menu build begins receive a full refund.
Once the menu is confirmed and production begins, cancellations receive a 50% refund.
Reach out as early as possible if your plans change.
