Date Change? No Penalty. 4 TWISTS understands that bereavement timelines are unpredictable and funeral dates can shift without warning. If your event date changes, 4 TWISTS will transfer your booking to the new date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Date transfer requests must be submitted in writing by calling or texting (678) 255-0318. 4 TWISTS will always work with families first before a cancellation is considered.

What to expect when
you book with 4 TWISTS.

Payment at Invoice

Full payment is due upon receipt of invoice. The booking is confirmed once payment clears. No deposit required.

Tier Commitment

The tier is selected at booking and locked once the invoice is paid. Tiers cannot be reduced after payment.

Cancellation and Date Transfers

Cancellations 15 or more calendar days before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations fewer than 15 calendar days before the event receive no refund. All requests must be submitted in writing.

If your date changes due to funeral scheduling, 4 TWISTS will transfer your booking to the new date at no charge, subject to availability. 4 TWISTS will always work with families before a cancellation is considered.

That's okay. Reach out with your best estimate. We'll help you land on the right tier, and same-day response means you won't be left waiting while everything else is moving fast.

Is there a deposit?
