Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may shift, and we offer one complimentary reschedule with 48+ hours’ notice. Because each tasting is crafted exclusively for your order, missed pickups are non‑refundable and require a new tasting fee to secure another date.
No‑Show Policy
To honor the time, preparation, and ingredients dedicated to your tasting, clients who are unavailable during the scheduled pickup or delivery window are considered a no‑show. No refunds or credits are issued, and a new tasting fee will be required to book a future date.
Refund Policy
Each tasting is prepared to order with premium ingredients and culinary intention. For this reason, all tasting fees are final once paid. After pickup, a confirmation is sent to document that your tasting items were received. Any adjustments or requests must be communicated directly through 4TWISTS.
